Was referred here for a massage and must say Dorine was outstanding! She was very pleasant and has a great technique for making one feel rejuvenated! Very comfortable environment ...

Worst

Aweful, mean, and BAD service! Used them to do 3 up-do's for a wedding and it took them 4 hrs! Was given a hairdresser that did not know how to do them. Yelled at you. Stylist ...

AWESOME 5/4/2011

First time at this spa in Hilton Head. I had a kink in my neck that she was able to stretch and work it out. It has never felt so good. I definitely would recommend this spa to everyone!!!! more

Beautiful and Unique Spa Great Services 4/30/2011

The facial service was relaxing and wonderful ....everyone was friendly and welcoming and made me feel very very comfortable. The pedicure by Katherine was very well done and relaxing. I would definitely go back and will recommend the spa to all my family and friends. A Great Find. Do Try It!! more

Best Spa - Best Massage 4/26/2011

Having been a nurse for 34 years there are multiple musculoskeletal problems I brought with me to Seeds of Calm. I have been receiving massages from different people for years. This massage went beyond...it was MORE than a massage. It was an INTERVENTION. And I have continued to return for 7 years! more

Best Spa Experience since DC 4/25/2011

I have been in search of a good spa since moving to Hilton Head from DC and I finally found it at Seeds of Calm. I accidentially found the spa when my 10 year old daughter was invited to Blossoms which is the childrens area of Seeds of Calm. Not only did my daughter have a great experience and lots of fun, but I found the best spa on the island! Definitely worth a try; you won't be disappointed. more

This is a hidden treasure 4/16/2011

This is a great little spot that does a wonderful job. Katherine who did my reflexology, manicure, and pedicure was very attentive and completely relaxed me. The massages were amazing and from the first stroke I knew these people knew what they were doing. In most places you can either be relieved of pain or you can be relaxed but here with one massage you can have both. I am a bride to be and during this stressful time of planning a destination wedding they were able to bring me back into balance. The only thing I am sad about is that I cannot take them home with me. more

What a gem! 4/14/2011

A group of us happened upon Seeds of Calm a few years ago while on a girlfriend's vacation to Hilton Head. What a wonderful experience! We have returned for services every year since! Possibly one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. The spa is extremely clean and well kept. Friendly ,courteous staff. Without question I would highly recommend Seeds of Calm, you'll love it. more

Massage and much more 4/6/2011

I have traveled to some 5 star resorts (Including Ritz Carlton, The Greenbrier, Homestead and Broadmoor) and have had spa services at each. The massage at Seeds of Calm Spa was the best and most complete of any. Not only were all muscle groups worked, but herbal nutrition was explained for my particular needs. I plan to return for further services during future trips to the island. Many thanks! more

My "Wow!!!" spa experience! 4/6/2011

The staff, atmosphere, and treatments were extraordinary at Seeds of Calm. Booking my appointment was very easy and the staff ensured that I received directions and the proper services for my needs. Walking in the door I felt very welcomed and relaxed. Their interior is fun and appealing to couples, divas, and even children. My massage therapist was very informative during my massage and gave very helpful hints on how to remain healthy and reduce stress and tension. The services and information she provided were above and beyond what I expected. The facial I received was absolutely amazing and the products they used were natural and rejuvenating. I looked and felt like a new person when I walked out of their doors. I would recommend this spa to anyone traveling to the Hilton Head area and I plan to make a return trip with my husband in the near future. Seeds of Calm Spa is absolutely AMAZING!! more

The Best Spa Experience EVER!!! 4/5/2011

I recently visited this spa on 4/3/11 and I just can't stop talking about it. From day one, with booking the appointment the service was exceptional. They actually went above and beyond for me and my bestfriend. I dont know where to start: the atmosphere was so calm and relaxing, the decor was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and very well informed, and gave helpful tips on how to stay healthy the natural way. My massage and facial could not even be compared to ones ive had in the past. After it was all over I even took a nap on the comfortable white chair in the picture. IF YOU ARE IN HILTON HEAD OR 2 HOURS AWAY...PLEASE GO AND HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME AT THE SEEDS OF CALM SPA!!....TRUST ME...THE DRIVE IS WORTH IT!!!!!!...im already planning to go back with my nieces... more

Truly Healing Massage Services 4/4/2011

I consider massage a service of therapy as well as relaxation. I found this spa in 2006 and consider the services and atmosphere here to be the best on the island. The therapist truly work from a healing perspective. The spa appeals to all of your senses and draws you into relaxation and healing. You will leave with a sense of wellness. Every trip I make to the island has a visit to this spa. I go down every year with a group of friends and Seeds of Calm comes to the house for massages. What a treat! more

Hilton Head Island Best Massage 3/30/2011

I've lived in Montreal, Boston, New York, London, Paris, Sydney and Melbourne and never have I had such a fabulous massage!!!! I don't suffer from sports injury but the hours spent working in front of my computer had made knots in my body that I didn't even know I had till these wonderful agels found them and exorcised them... Pure bliss! more

wonderful massage experience 3/30/2011

Very friendly on the phone, discount to first time clients, very quiet and calm atmosphere, really cared about what you want out of the massage instead of making money, in a wonderful location close to beaches!! I have never had a massage and was scared of the prices and people touching me, but the ladies were wonderful and very professional about massaging certain areas, but were respective of my ticklish feet and instead focused on my lower back. They were very accommodating to personal desires and I was not rushed in and out of the room. I can't wait to try a massage on the beach for a very reasonable price. more

Seeds of Calm 3/29/2011

Great place! Knowlegable, friendly, professional staff! I had a cellulite wrap (followed by a steam shower) and a relaxation massage. Both were amazing!! What a wonderful, relaxing experience while on vacation!! I enjoyed it so much, I took my children back the next day for pedicures! I will defintely visit there again if ever in the area and would recommend to friends!! :) more

Massage > 2nd round of 18 3/28/2011

Spent a long golf weekend with a bunch of buddies on HHI and decided to get a massage rather than play a 2nd round of 18 on Saturday. Good call! Seeds of Calm Spa is conveniently located - near Coligny Circle - and the massage was one of the best ever. Great combination of deep tissue and I highly recommend the Ashiatsu - that got into my sore hip muscles better than any treatment I've ever received. I told my buds about it and I believe that a new Saturday routine may have been established. 18 + massage = AAA+! more

Fantastic Massage! 3/26/2011

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have not felt this great in months. You did a fantastic job releasing the tension in my neck and shoulders and i loved the part where you walked on my back, I have never had that done. Honestly the best massage I've received in a long time and extremely affordable for a resort area. Forget the high priced spas and get a massage you'll be happy to pay for. more

Great massage! 3/15/2011

Great massage for me and my little one! We went to Seeds of Calm Spa on our vacation in Hilton Head. Not only did I get a massage, but my 5 month old son had one, too! He really enjoyed it and we were provided instruction so we can now give him massages at home! I also really enjoyed my massage. They really listen and tailored the massage to my specific needs. Definitely going back next year! more

Best little spa on the Island 2/24/2011

So many spa's down on HIlton Head try to charge an arm and a leg but not Seeds of Calm. They charge a resonable rate for out of this world care. Love this place as a local when I have a little extra cash I like to treat myself. As I'm typing my back seems to be screaming for a massage...might have to listen to my own advice. more

Dorine is the Queen of serene 2/16/2011

There was no doubt, the ambiance when you enter the door is genuine. The owner, Dorine Bucci, is a wonderful massage therapist, but her knowledge goes well beyond this. As an aside, a personal issue with me is a holistic lfestyle and any questions I had about herbs for medicinal use she was able to answer. Her product line for facials was top of the line. A day at the spa was the perfect gift to me! Easy access at the south end of Hilton Head. more
