I have traveled to some 5 star resorts (Including Ritz Carlton, The Greenbrier, Homestead and Broadmoor) and have had spa services at each. The massage at Seeds of Calm Spa was the best and most complete of any. Not only were all muscle groups worked, but herbal nutrition was explained for my particular needs. I plan to return for further services during future trips to the island. Many thanks!
