At the Portland Airport, my keys fell out of my purse and I asked a security person, to help. Tired and frustrated I wanted to talk to TSA. So I walked down the little lane area where passengers come out. There was a ?Securitas? person in a red shirt working. His customer service really left an impression on me. He flat out refused to contact TSA for us. His exact words when I asked him if he could ask the TSA person to come over and talk to me was, ?They probably won?t talk to you?. I then asked him, ?Can you try?? He said, ?No, they won?t talk to you.? I could see that this person really didn?t understand the concept of customer service so I left him to the opnly job that he is probably suited for, to watch his lane at 11:00pm at night. This was October 2nd 2008 at aprox, 11:00PM
Pros: None.
Cons: Customer service STINKS.
