Simply delighted! 1/27/2011

Im quite delighted to have found these gentlemen to fix my computer. We contact Secure remote at 7pm on a Sunday evening and had our computer fixed and back to us within 2 and a half hours. We needed someone to go in and clean up a Security tool 2009 virus that was inhibiting the computer from operating correctly. These guys did what they advertised and did it for a reasonable cost. We were also able to purchase some additional software, that for the month we've been using it, works very well. I appreciate it Joe! You did a great job and I appreciate your hard work and dedication. You and your company have earned our continued business as well as referrals to anyone we can give them to! Janet more

The most professional and qualified guys ive talked to! 10/15/2010

Secure remote was referred to me from a family friend that had used them to move some viruses. Im quite happy with the work that they did on our home computers as well. I worked with a couple of their technicians for a few day period to square away three of our computers. They did an excellent job and I will be utilizing their services again. more

Great customer service, even better service 6/20/2010

I am not what you consider a ""computer savy"" person. I can turn it on, send and receive email, and purchase to school books. About a month ago I received a call from my bank asking about some questionable purchases. I stated, ""No those were not infact NOT my purchases"" and was promptly sent a new card. Concerned I traced back my spending and suspected an online purchase was the source. My roommate then suggested that my pc might be infected. UGH! Pros: customer service, stuck to timeline Cons: no senior discount more
