Outstanding service! 8/5/2012

I am a consultant who teaches paraprofessionals new and innovative measures by using PowerPoint presentations. I store all of my presentations on a USB. Over the weekend I inserted my USB into my laptop and a box came up saying it was corrupt and would not open. I fiddled with it for a while and nothing was working. I brought it over to Secure Data Recovery Services and waited patiently while they did a USB & Digital Media recovery. They repaired the issues on the USB and my presentations returned. Winning Performance! 7/10/2012

I had to call in the experts,Secure Data Recovery Services to perform a Server Data recovery when our system crashed. Our computer technicians were upgrading the system when the crash occurred. We chose the emergency services hoping our downtime would be minimal. I was amazed and delighted to find out that in less than 2 hours we were back on our feet. The professional team of highly knowledgeable engineers stepped up to bat and hit a home run. They not only repaired, but they also upgraded our server helping our technicians. This was a disaster turned award winning performances by Secure Data Recovery Services! more

When I inserted my flash drive it said it was corrupted and I desperately needed the photos that were stored on it for a project I was doing. I downloaded some software hoping it would help, but then I got even more error messages. Finally, a day later I brought it over to Secure Data Recovery Services for a flash memory recovery. In less than two hours they discovered the problem and corrected it! The price was very affordable and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I wanted to personally thank you again for a great job. more

Laptops are great. They are lightweight, portable and easy to use. Then one day my laptop became frozen in time. No matter what I tried it was stuck. I am not a very tech savvy person and did not know that I was supposed to back up my files. Over two years worth of pictures, documents and stuff were on my laptop when it crashed. I just started to cry. My friend came over to visit and told me about Secure Data Recovery Services and said they were experts in hard drive recovery so I gave them a call. They were pleasant and knowledgeable and I sent it out to them. They kept me informed every step of the way. Only one week later they sent me a new hard drive with instructions. To my amazement everything came up and life was back to normal again. I thank you so very much. more

Great success! 3/9/2012

How can something go wrong with a pen drive? I put the cap on, throw it in my pocket book and it should be safe and sound. Yeah right! I went to use it and a box came up saying it was corrupted. Corrupted? How? I have no clue. I dropped it off at Secure Data Recovery Services to do a flash memory recovery with the hopes they could figure it out. Well they did. It got a virus somehow and they fixed it and found all the stuff I keep on it! Great success! I was very happy and now I put it in a plastic bag! LOL more

I am extremely grateful 2/6/2012

I had my flash drive in my pocketbook and the cap came off. Needless-to-say, dirt and things were stuck inside it and the tip was bent. No matter what I did, I could not get it to work and thought it as a goner and I lost all of the presentations I had stored. I brought it to Secure Data Recovery Services and within an hour they captured all of my work and did a full flash drive recovery finding EVERYTHING! I am extremely grateful. Thanks more

They wer professional, ethical and skilled 1/23/2012

At our company we have a RAID 3 back up that has run great for years. Three weeks ago a grinding noise was coming out of it and of course panic sets in instantly. I spoke with a lovely woman from Secured Data Recovery Services who told me they do RAID recoveries and would be able to fix it. A couple of engineers rushed over and arrived within the hour. Two of the hard drives were dying I was told. They extracted the two drives and took them back to their company. A RAID 3 Data Recovery was done and all of the data was captured and moved onto new drives. They returned a few hours later, reinstalled the hard drives and everything was running smoothly again without any noises. Secured Data Recovery Services was professional, ethical and skilled and the down time was minimal to say the least. I will use them again if need be. Thank you. more

Thank you for your amazing dedication 12/27/2011

A RAID 0+1 Data Recovery is not an easy server recovery and I was not sure who could achieve success to capture our data when our system went down. After researching, I decided on Secured Data Recovery Services due to their confidentiality and security features they proclaimed. A team of technicians arrived and extracted the drives that had issues. Keeping me informed constantly of where they were in the recovery phase was very helpful for me. 4.5 hours later we were back to normal and 100% of all our critical data was recovered. You guys are the best! 11/17/2011

I bought a new server two years ago and chose the RAID 1 with the mirror image figuring that if something ever happened it had a back up to the back up, so to speak. I never had a problem till a squirrel knocked out the power supply and we had no electricity for a day. The surge went into the building and did something to the server. Being I am not an expert, I researched who to get in contact with and picked the company called Secured Data Recovery Services, here in San Diego. Great job! 10/24/2011

When you put data on a flash drive you always expect it to be there when you want it. Needless to say, I inserted the USB flash in my pc and my information would not come up. It said it was corrupted. Corrupted from what and how? I had no idea. Secure Data Recovery Systems found all my data with their flash memory recovery techniques and it was back to normal and made my day. Great job! more

I know where I will go if I ever have to retrieve my data 9/20/2011

My netbook is an old piece of junk, granted. I was amazed at the ability of this company to get my hard drive recovery processed. I figured that they would be unable to get anything from it. They stunned me, as they were able to retrieve everything since my last backup. It was reasonable as well. That is what counts to me. Efficient and affordable service for my life is what matters most. I don?t know if I should buy a new system, but I know where I will go if I ever have to retrieve my data. more
