Over the weekend a pipe burst and flooded our server room. After many fans drying the floors and server our technicians tried to get the server running again. One of them went to plug it in an electrical outlet, was shocked and the server plug sparked and a burnt rubber smell immersed. Rather than taking a chance on another fire occurring, our tech guys brought it to Secure Data Recovery Services for a server data recovery. We used them once before and they were fast and reasonably priced. We used their emergency services to get it back A.S.A.P. In just under 4 hours, Secure Data Recovery Services captured and recovered our critical data in their secure facility. Once again you saved us from disaster! Thank you for your services. more

Thanks guys for once again fixing my computer 5/1/2012

I think PacMan was hungry and on a feeding frenzy eating all of my files, emails, contacts and more! When I turned on my pc stuff was missing and wouldn?t open. This happened overnight. I used Secure Data Recovery Services before and dropped off my pc to them. The next day they said it was ready and the virus had been eliminated! They destroyed it! Yeah! Back to surfing the web I go. Thanks guys for once again fixing my computer doing a file / email data recovery for me. more

This company is A in my book 4/6/2012

A Server Data recovery I knew was going to cost me a fortune. I did not want to make a call for experts, but I had to. Secure Data Recovery Services came to repair and hopefully find all my data. It was my own fault for not checking it for months. The server became infected and Secure Data Recovery Services removed the virus. The cost was very affordable, their knowledge was remarkable and their professionalism was extraordinary! Best of all I didn?t loose my shirt paying the bill. I will use them again in the future. I was thrilled! 3/9/2012

I bought a brand new digital SLR camera for our trip to Hawaii. While we were there I snapped over 300 photos. All of a sudden when we got back home, I pressed format by mistake and it wiped out all of our pictures. I panicked and thought what a waste and was not happy. After being mad at myself, my wife thought of Secure Data Recovery Services. I called them and they said they would do a USB & Digital Media recovery on my camera. They had very positive attitudes so I hoped for the best. The next day they called and retrieved 95% of my Hawaiian vacation photos and I was thrilled! The price is affordable and the service is unbelievable 2/5/2012

I am an IT repair technician who fixes computers for a living. I encountered a laptop that I could not fix and was unable to capture the data on the hard drive. I called Secure Data Recovery Services and brought the laptop over to them for repair. In their state of the art facility, they did a laptop data recovery with their specialty tools and optimized technology. The technicians retrieved all the data, fixed the laptop and the service were remarkable. Even an IT person uses data recovery services:) The price is affordable and the service is unbelievable. The job was complete in less than 2 hours 1/23/2012

The RAID 0 + 1 went array and was damaged. We tried to rebuild and recovery to no avail. I called over a dozen companies and only two did RAID 0+1 Data Recovery. When I requested a quote one company said over $5,000 which I found to be extreme. I in turn hired the other company Secured Data Recovery Services. Their quote was far more reasonable. They rushed over and did diagnostics to analyze the severity of the problem. The job was complete in less than 2 hours with the RAID back to normal and smooth functioning. Thanks more

I would have been lost without you 12/28/2011

I was finally done rebuilding our corporate server and ready to reconnect. Once I connected everything I noticed that 250GB of valuable data was missing and now unavailable. The data on these 3 drives consisted of all our financial data, budgets, contracts and purchase orders. There was an obvious error on my part somewhere. I contact a company I heard high praise over, Secured Data Recovery Services was their name. They came over and took the server and old drives. The server data recovery was a complete success and the server was back to normal in just 3 hours. I was very impressed with their expertise and skilled technicians. I don???t know what we would have done without you 11/23/2011

My partners and I invested in a RAID server feeling it was the best to secure our companies information. For years it ran smoothly and then two hard drives failed. We could not get it to work no matter what we did. We called Secured Data Recovery Services and they arrived within the hour. They extracted the hard drives and did a RAID recovery and located all our vital information. They also put the data on 2 new hard drives and returned within 4 hours. It's a pretty good service 9/10/2011

I crashed my laptop on the tiled kitchen floor when I tripped over the power cord, and it broke apart in pieces. We needed someone who could help us transfer files from the old laptop to the new one, when we couldn't turn the old one on anymore. We referred to Secure Data Recovery Services, who did it for us in a single afternoon - nice and quick, no hassle. It's a pretty good service. more

Go with Secure Data Recovery, they're good at what they do. 5/23/2011

I'm not sure how or why, but I somehow managed to corrupt all my Windows XP startup files and as a result, my computer started getting stuck when I turned it on. I took it to a local computer repair center and asked them not to wipe my hard drive unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary. They reinstalled Windows and told me they didn't touch anything on the drive and it should all be there - but it wasn't! What was odd was that my hard drive was still pretty full, but I couldn't find the files anywhere... Weird! It looked like it was all still there, just not accessible. I was kind of scared at this point, and decided it's worth taking it to a data recovery expert. I went with Secure Data Recovery Services and let them have a look. To my immense relief, they were able to find all the missing files and they restored them in a snap! Go with Secure Data Recovery Services, they're good at what they do. more

I took my computer to Secure Data Recovery Services of Salt Lake City Utah when my system got trashed last week. I tried to unzip an archive that turned out to be a Zip Bomb (look it up). It disabled Symantec and made my system unbootable, and all my data was gone. Secure Data Recovery Services of Salt Lake City Utah was able to recover some of the data that hadn't been overwritten, which I appreciate very much. But they also gave me plenty of support afterward in getting everything back in order and securing my computer, which is why I'm leaving a review here. Very good service 5/19/2010

I had my Toshiba hard disk in service for data recovery. When the recovery process has completed successfully I was informed that I will receive the faulty disk, recovered data, and the new disk back. So far, I am very satisfied with Hard Drive Data Recovery SLC and am most grateful for their patience and kind help. more

Our RAID configuration went bad during a power outage and after contacting a few companies and hearing what they had to say on the subject we decided to contact Hard Drive Data Recovery SLC. They clearly explained that it will take some time because it was a RAID setup,which is completely understandable,we liked the whole setup and decided to go with them.Constant updates from the customer service people as well as e-mail updates always kept as in the light of events and made sure that we knew exactly at which stage our case was. The techs were able to retrieve about 90% of the most important data which was way beyond our expectations and we received our info the next day after the repair process was completed. We would recommend Hard Drive Recovery Services SLC to anyone faced with a complicated RAID problem and less complicated cases.Good work overall. more
