My desktop is downstairs in my finished basement. I totally forgot to move it on the desk when I restarted the furnace and it got soaking wet from the water. I tried to blow dry it and start it, but nothing happened. I called in the expert services of Secure Data Recovery Services. They did a hard drive recovery and collected all of my information and fixed my computer in less than a day. These guys are the Guru?s recovering data! Everything works great! Actually, my desktop works even better now! Thank you so very much. more

Everyone in the company was having a problem opening their documents and stored files on our RAID 6 machine. Come to find out, two drives went bad when the machine was frozen and had literally icicles forming inside. During the winter holidays, the company is closed for two weeks and during that time, someone inadvertently shut off the heat and left a can of coke open in the computer room on top of the server. Because of this, the soda went from sweating down the machine to being frozen. In turn, two weeks later when we entered the building it was freezing inside. The tech people found the server and tried to warm it up to no avail. Secure Data Recovery Services did a RAID 6 data recovery and unfroze the machine and repaired what needed to be repaired. I wanted to personally thank you. more

I tried to remove a broken hard drive in our RAID 0+1 and the entire system went kaput! Now nothing was working and my boss was furious with me. I called in Secure Data Recovery Services to fix my errors. Within 20 minutes they arrived and I explained what happened. They took the server to their building to work on it. After 2 hours of my boss yelling at me, Secure Data Recovery Services returned with our server and did a RAID 0+1 data recovery with 100% success, thank god. The only pc repair place I would ever go to 4/9/2012

The button on my tower got stuck and would not shut off. I called Secure Data Recovery Services to see if they could possibly fix this. I dropped it off and in no time they fixed the button for me. Their computer repair service department is amazing. The little spring broke and they replaced. Secure Data Recovery Services is the only pc repair place I would ever go to. more

Great job!! 3/19/2012

Our Raid 0+1 went bonkers when two of the hard drives failed. We shut off the system and had Secure Data Recovery Services take a look. They took the hard drives with them and returned a few hours later and imaged the drives onto new ones. Their RAID 0+1 data recovery was a 100% success. When they replaced the new hard drives in the system, all worked well again. Great job!! more

RAID data recovery services I was told was going to cost me a fortune! I did not look forward to making this call, but I needed it. After an hour of deliberating and moaning I called Secure Data Recovery Services. They retrieved our RAID system and told me they would let me know what is going on. To my great surprise, they were back in just 4 hours, hooked everything back up and it worked. A hard drive went bad and they fixed it. The bill shocked me! It was so much lower than I anticipated it would be. Secure Data Recovery Services is now the only company we do business with when it comes to our computers and RAID system. Thank you. more

The cost was affordable and their services were professional 2/14/2012

Our RAID 10 server was having issues for days and the tech guys could not figure it out. I did not want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on professionals who overcharge for their services. I had heard from a friend about Secure Data Recovery Services who claimed they were fair and ethical, so I gave them a buzz. Shockingly enough, one of the drives crashed and they performed a RAID 10 data recovery. They retrieved the old data and put it on a new hard drive and set the system back up at our company. Everything was back to running smoothly again. The cost was affordable and their services were professional. more

What company would help you in the middle of the night? ONLY Secure Data Recovery Services, that?s who! I work at night and at 3am I ran into serious complications with the server. The server is the key to the company and it keeps all the specs for all the machines and it crashed! Secure Data Recovery Services came over and did a Server data recovery and had everything up and running in less than an hour to my amazement. I got the machine specs I needed and all was good again!
