Finally found what I'm looking for!! 5/24/2007

I had been searching for a spa to take my friend to for her birthday as a special treat. I had called many salons in the area only to find that many were unfriendly and not of any help. I came across Secrets and decided to give them a chance. Not only did I receive exceptional customer service, the experience at the salon was wonderful. They went out of their way to make this the day one that we wouldn't forget. They succeeded because we both still talk about it! I will definitely return for future services. If you are looking for a great salon and spa give this one a shot, you won't regret it! Pros: helful, friendly, skilled staff! great environment more

Very Bad Customer Service 5/9/2006

I have to say that I have never had such poor service in all my years going to salons. The results of my hair was not something to be proud of. Great Salon 5/1/2006

This was a wonderful salon. Everyone was very helpful and I was greeted with a friendly smile. The prices were reasonable. I felt as if I had been going there for years. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with great experienced hairstylists. I will definitely return in the future!!! I would highly recommend this salon. more

Very unfriendly staff and poor service 4/21/2006

My appointment was so uncomfortable. I felt ignored and unattended. My hair color turned out awful and the hair stylist did not offer to do anything about it after I told her my concerns. It appeared they did not care about doing a good job besides good customer service. Cons: Poor Customer Service, Uncaring, just another salon more

AMAZING. 9/26/2005

Secrets Salon and Spa is the nicest and most welcoming Salon I've been to in all of the Rochester Area. The receptionist's are patient, welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. The staff is just amazing and the environment is so calming. Its like a place to get away. The owner is a fabulous person and I just love everything about it!
