They greet you by name (if you have a reservation which you really need). If you're wearing blqck, they switch out the napkins and give you a black one so you don't get lint on your clothes. Our server, Tali, was perfect - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she loves her job. The food, as usual, was wonderful - from the flatbread, to the carmelized scallops, stuffed shrimp and, of course, the little dessert. We had both forgotten our "reading" glasses, and Tali brought us each a pair from the front desk - even told us to keep them as they have so many. I have never had a bad meal there.
