I made a recent purchase online. When I arrived at the store with my email stating the item was ready for pickup, the store informed me that they did not have the item. I was then told I could ge 20% off of a similar item. When it came time for the manager to approve the 20% they would not do it. I had to call sears headquarters four times, just to get the local store manager to call me back. I would avoid this store at all costs. Shop somewhere they respect customers. Daryl Yount the store manager has no idea how to run a store.
