Garage Door Opener & Repaired an Area of Grage Dr 6/14/2017

The Technician from Sears, Mr Hugh was patient, Informative and Professional. He explained every aspect of what was going on and we decided the best solution which was a new opener. He noticed bolts missing from my garage door which he took care of that as well. Someone else had installed my garage door & I wasn't pleased at all. They did an unsatisfactory job. They just wanted to get paid. Mr Hugh ensured the job was done right. Thank you Sears for Mr Hugh and I'm so glad our paths crossed. We need more Trust Worthy Professionals like Mr Hugh. Garage Door Servested 4/27/2017

I needed someone to work on my garage door, it has been making a lot of sqeaky noise lately. I happened to see that Sears had sent email saying that garage door service was avalible. So I called and made an appointment.This past Monday around 2oclock a gentleman named Hugh McMaster knocked on my door. Mr. Hugh told me what he was going to do and how he would do it. I said that sounds good to me and went in the house. Within about 30 min.I heard the door bell. Mr. Hugh said he was finished. I went out in the garage and played with the door, it sounds and operates like a new one. I am completely satisfied and will get Mr. Hugh again. You don't often get some to do the job so right and so good. more

My garage doors were on the fritz and I reached out online to obtain referrals from Home Advisor. They sent 3 referrals and said one would contact me. Sears Garage Solutions Macon contacted me the next morning and arrived that same day to repair my garage door. I couldn't be happier. more

Garage Door Repair 3/27/2017

Sears sent Hugh McMasters to repair my garage door opener. Hugh diagnosed the problem and started his repair process when he recognized another problem which required a 16 foot pipe which he could provide the following day. He said he would be back mid-afternoon the following day. The following day he returned right on time with the pipe and quickly finished the job. He has superior job knowledge and works quickly and effectively. I would recommend Hugh to anyone. Thanks, Hugh! more

On a Saturday morning we discovered that our garage door opener was not working. We immediately called Hugh at Sears Garage Solutions. Within a few hours the repair was done at a reasonable price and we were happy campers. . Thanks Sears. more
