Excellent Service 2/18/2018

My very old wood garage door was needing replacement. So after receiving an email ad I responded. They came out to quickly and quoted a good price. A week later it was being installed. Alex did an excellent job installing the door making sure everything was perfect. I am very happy with this purchase. more

Garage Door Opener Installation 2/18/2018

The garage door was not working. The repair person, Steve, came the day after we called for service. He quickly determined that the old unit was "fried". It had likely been hit by lightening. He had a new opener with him and the time to install it. He also added a surge protector and changed the rollers. Steve was neat and clean with his work and left the garage clean. He explained how to work the new door and helped me set up the controller in my car. He also explained the benefits of a maintenance agreement. Steve is a talented, efficient service provider. Sears should be proud of him and his work. I will ask for him if I need service again. Thank you. more

Garage repair 2/12/2018

My garage motor finally broke some gears after 20 years of use (Craftsman) on a Sunday. I called the Sears number and Barry picked up right away and scheduled Patrick to come to my home the very next day. Prompt, polite and professional, Patrick installed the new motor and walked me through the system before leaving. Thank you and I will use your service and recommend your team to anyone. garage door opener repair 1/18/2018

Called for repair of my 7 month old sears garage door opener. First visit seemed to solve the problem. Unfortunately after a week or so the problem reoccurred and tech had to come back out. Diagnosed as bad control board. Needs to be ordered. Will have to call for a third visit when I return from Florida. Thankfully all parts are covered under warranty and initial visit charge covers call backs because issue was not resolved. Techs are knowledgeable and prompt. more

Then Morning of appt. received call from Tech along with text of his picture, experience & other helpful info. Steve was very courteous and professional. Problem with Garage Door Opening 1/13/2018

I called Sears to have my garage door checked as I was having problems shutting the garage door. They arranged an appointment, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I would recommend Sears garage services to anyone having issues with their garage doors. If I have any problems in the future, I will contact them again for their services. I highly recommend them. more
