Chris and Abraham with Sears Home Services came out to clean our carpet and did a fantastic job. Both representatives were professional and courteous. I was referred to this company by my mother-in-law who was extremely pleased and now I am as well. Even the office staff was very pleasant when scheduling and confirming the appointment. I would highly recommend this company. more

Miguel and Adrian were very professional and very friendly. They did a wonderful job on my couch, loveseat, and recliner. They were very neat about it also which meant a lot to us. They explained everything very clearly. Would have them out again. more

First Time User 1/23/2017

I have over the last two or three years used a well known company, SS, to clean the rugs in my home. I was never completely very happy with the results. I changed to Sears Clean last week, and my rugs look like they are new. Thanks Sears, Herman Bell. more

Dryer Vent Cleaning 12/21/2016

Miguel and Chris were very professional and friendly. They not only cleaned my dryer vent but went up on the roof to make sure that the circulation was perfect. When they realized it wasn't, they went in the attic to make sure the vent was connected properly and then vacuumed out my vent and went back on the roof to make sure the airflow from my dryer was circulating properly. They were extremely efficient and thorough. more

From estimating & scheduling through the completed carpet cleaning, it was a pleasure to deal with the Sears team. Daisy, Miguel & Chris were all highly professional and personable. They clearly explained the service provided, and the work was performed efficiently and with care. Will definitely recommend them & call on them again! more

If you need carpets cleaned use SEARS, they did a great job for me and I highly recommend them. Miguel and the man with him are first rate in knowing what to to do. The service and price and what every home owner needs! more
