Horrible Customer Service 4/27/2012

What a nightmare trying to deal with this Sears at Northgate Mall. I was hung up on 5 times in a row by employees who couldn't be bothered with my concerns. The phone tree they use is rediculous and I had to call back 3 times before the computer could figure out which department I really wanted. I never liked Sears and am so disappointed that I gave it another try. more

Rubbish Products - Worse Customer Service 1/8/2011

A year and 2 weeks after we bought our Kenmore gas stove for $1,500 it is broken. Local shop and customer service stance is sorry you are out of warranty. Would I or would you spend $1,500 on sth that wld last for 2 weeks after the warranty? I have been on hold twice for over an hour with customer service in India - that is who Sears will channel you through when you have problems. BEWARE OF THE KENMORE BRAND - SUCKS more

How does Sear's survive 6/13/2009

I was looking for a watch that the Company said was available at Sear's. I made several calls that were automatically hung up on. Finally the girl in the office had to go down to the floor to try and find a clerk but never could. She tried to help but new nothing about the stock and this was on a Saturday!!! When do people work there. I think the space they occupied could be put to a better use like maybe a parking lot. Pros: I can not think of any. Cons: Try calling no one answers more
