Sears Authorized Retail Dealer

I needed a part for my zero turn mower I purchased at this store. I tried looking on the website with no luck. So I called the store to ask about the price and order the part. After explaining to the lady that answered that I could not find the part online. She then instructs me to go to the website instead of looking up the part for me. Not helpful at all. So now I'm still trying to find the part I need...hopefully I can find it somewhere else because I do not want to spend anymore money there. more

This store is independently owned and operated. I would advise buyer beware. I have made purchases at this store for over 15 years at its previous location and present. I will not shop there anymore however. I was given a Kenmore microwave as a birthday present from family members. It began having problems before the first year warranty was up. So my husband took it back into the store. This was a black Kenmore microwave and he had the receipt. They gladly replaced the microwave but only had it in white. I used this white Kenmore for almost a year and had similar problems. I took the microwave back. They had no record of the white microwave only the black. When all was said and done they never documented the exchange. I had to file a complaint with Sears and the BBB before the microwave was replaced. I have never went back into this store since. The manager at the time Erin was rude and condescending. I was also advised by Sears that they do not recognize this store and that the owners purchase the products for resale. I would recommend the trip to Macon Mall to the real Sears for any purchases. more
