Great experience. I found KC through a family member and she is great. She pays attention to detail and always takes the time to make sure I am satisfied. KC has great customer service and is very knowledgeable about new trends and my hair concerns. I have had terrible hair experiences at other salons and I have loved my results every time at Sean David. the salon is very clean and nice as well. I would highly recommend KC to anyone! more

Rachel is a fabulous colorist. Finding the right highlights had proven to be frustrating and ultimately futile, but a friend highly recommended Rachel - and she was absolutely right. Rachel immmediately understood what I wanted, and I've consistently had a great experience ever since. She has also been extremely accommodating when my teen boys have needed a last-minute trim before an event. I highly recommend Rachel and Sean David Salon. more

Over the last year I have had many awful experiences with my hair and have had a hard time finding a new stylist. I was recomended by a friend to go see her stylist Michelle. I am so glad that I made an appointment!! Michelle gave me the nicest blonde highlights and lowlights without leaving my hair fried or orange and my cut looked just like the picture that I brought in. I am very very happy and I will be a repeat customer for sure!! more

I was in desperate need of a competent stylist who was willing to sit down and take the time to get to know me and my hair . My hair apparently has been impossible to do because of its ""unmanageable qualities"" until I found KC. She really took the time to get the layers correct, blended, and beautiful. I couldn't be more happy that I've found such a sweet and knowledgeable stylist. I am now a customer for life! more

I have been going to Sean Davids for several years and have always been very pleased. The salon is very clean, everyone is friendly and I have always received great service. My sylist, Ashley, is great at color and style and I'm always stopped and asked ""who does your hair"" . She always takes the extra time to make me feel comfortable. Very nice and fun salon. Great quality work. The owner and one of the veteran stylists care more about gossiping about other stylists than being professional towards customers. (it makes me uncomfortable to hear the stylist talking bad about other employees every time I'm in) Stylist told me she didn't care that I and another person wouldn't be her client anymore. I had ONE complaint in 3 years and she was immediately defensive over something pretty minor instead of apologizing and moving on. Told the owner who tried to get me to stay, but not very hard. Told me that I should have voiced my complaint after the stylist started my hair instead of before. Neither took any responsibility for the salons mishaps or cared at losing loyal customer. I've referred upwards of 6 people to the salon in three years. Do not recommend. more

I've been going to Sean David for several years now - was even going there when they were in the Galleria. I live in Dallas, but continue to make the trip out there once a month (still disappointed they moved to Plano). I've always had great service and have no complaints. They're friendly, professional and the owner is usually there watching over things. I also find the cost reasonable. It ain't ProCuts, but it's not super-expensive either. I absolutely recommend this place for both men and women. more

I went into Sean David Salon for the first time recently. I met my hair stylist and told him exactly what I wanted....a trim. I was put into the salon chair and started to notice that I was covered in hair. He not only cut my hair too short but he also gave me short layers (which I didn't want) and he thinned it out (which I didn't want). By the time he was finished I looked like a mushroom. My hair was thick on top and thin on the bottem. Also, I have naturally curly hair which I straighten every day with a flat iron. He didn't use a flat iron on my hair so by the time I got home it was EXTRA fuffy. Aside from the HORRIBLE hair cut. He didn't speak to me the entire time I was there and he kept watching the clock for his next appointment. You could tell when an hour was up because he started to hurry and scratched my head and ears with the round brush in the process. Pros: Clean salon Cons: stylists and price for a bad cut more
