I cannot say enough about the prompt, professional and superior service Seagraves provided to me in my time of need. I called them and was provided with an appointment time that same day for someone to come out and look at my system since I was having sewage backing up in my home. The tech arrived and was able to diagnose my problem right a way by camering the line & providing me with a fair and precise estimate. Upon agreement, they began work and completed the repair of my septic system in the amount of time discussed. This was the best plumbing experience I ever encountered in my 50 years of homeownership. First, the receptionist was rude and then the technician basically acted like he didn't care when he wrongly diagnosed my problem. Very expensive and would not recommend to others. more

Do not use this place. They came out to my house and after not doing anything still charged me $110. I tried them another time and they tightened one bolt and charged me $150. Way over priced. Cons: Horrible pricing more
