I just got my car back from Scotty's after getting into a minor accident and they did a fantastic job. It was obvious from the beginning how they really cared about making sure my experience was a good one. \r \r Lou was very helpful with his free estimate and I even was able to get a ride to work after dropping my car off. Not only that, they picked me up from my office downtown when my car was ready. The car looks GREAT, and they made sure to clean the exterior and interior thoroughly which I didn't expect!\r \r A body shop is never a place where you want to be a frequent customer, but if I ever need work on my car again I will absolutely be going to Scotty's! more

I would very much recommend Scotty's to anyone. The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in for an estimate. They had the lowest estimate price of 3 places I searched. They even found more damage than initially diagnosed and fixed it without any additional charge, more

I HIGHLY recommend Scotty' Body Shop. I have had to use their services twice over the last few years and have had the BEST experience from the initial quote to the finish repair. My car is treated like their own and returned cleaner then when I dropped it off. Customer care is amazing and a high priority for all of Scotty's staff. more

Top Notch Service at Scotty’s Body Shop\r Thank you to Curtis and Lou and the team at Scotty’s. My car was backed into one afternoon during my lunch break. I immediately called Scotty’s and they told me to come on in. By 3:30pm that afternoon we had already called the insurance company and I was on way home with a rental that they had on site. I spoke to the insurance company once and Scotty’s did the rest. When I picked my car up it looked like it did the day I bought it. \r \r Great Job!\r more

my vehicle was hit new years eve and it was a full 2 weeks to repair it...scottys dealt directly with my insurance company and saved me A LOT of time and headache, hooked me up with a rental car...and get this, I was hit AGAIN by somebody with the rental car and the vehicle was totaled :( curtis CALLED a tow truck for me, had them come pick me up and when I arrived at scottys they had another rental already waiting for me AND footed the tow bill!! how amazing is that?! and as if all that wasn't enough...scottys body shop also fixed my side mirror that was broken and was not part of my claim, and did not charge me for it. I can not thank the Curtis enough for all the help he was to me and thank you to the guys who fixed my jeep, it looks beautiful!! this was my first time dealing with scottys and I will certainly be back! more

I just picked up my car today from Scotty's Body Shop! This was the second time I have taken my car there and wouldn't take it anywhere else! They are super easy to work with. They worked directly with my insurance company which saved me a ton of time and hassle! My car looks awesome-inside and out! Curtis and all other employees did great work throughout both visits and were always available to answer any questions I had!! more

My car was rear-ended a couple of weeks ago. My car was done within a week and looks great!!!!. They also washed and detailed the outside of my car they did a wonderful job, now I know where to bring me car when its time to get detailed.\r Thanks to all the employees at Scotty's Autobody.\r more

Great service 100%!!! last summer someone hit and ran into my car in the parking lot. the front of my driver side headlights and pushed it in with scratches on the paint. with my lights all messed up now i thought i could get it fix without getting my insurance involved and thinking it was a under $500 fix but after they looked into my car there was more damage under the hood. came over $2000 and i didn't know what to do. Curtis told me to get my insurance involve so i did and saved a lot of money. both Lou and Curtis kept me informed and updated on my car. i got fresh paint on my car, new headlights, new taillights (the taillights were a extra i had them install), and i was so happy at fact that my car looked brand new. i 100% recommend these guys. more

A couple of weeks ago my car was side swiped and deemed a total loss. When I went to another body shop in Des Moines and was told they wouldn't do anything for me, my first thought was to go to Scotty's Body Shop. Curtis was very helpful. He told me how to deal with the insurance company and assured me my vehicle would be fixed. The employees at Scotty's really go above and beyond. They are so nice and helpful. I've had my car fixed twice at Scotty's and would never go anywhere else. I will recommend Scotty's to ALL my friends and family. Thank you so much!! :) more

I have had my car in the shop twice(a couple of years apart) and both time I have work with Lou, He is so helpful and made me feel that my car was in good Hands. My car looks like new. \r Outstanding Service!\r Had insurance and noninsurance body work done on my Ford Escape. The staff at Scotty's are very professional in dealing with customers and explained everything in the estimate and repair process clearly. They handled everything with the insurance company, including getting approval for some damage that the insurance estimator missed. The body work looks terrific. Would recommend Scotty's highly.\r more

From the first call to the final pick up of my vehicle I was treated as a valued customer. Everyone I visited with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had been hit by a US Gov't. vehicle, which makes the claim process a bit more difficult than a normal claim would be, and the staff at Scotty's handled everything for me - from arranging a rental vehicle to dealing with both my insurance company and the government - making what could have been a very trying situation, much less hectic. And the best part - my car came out beautiful. I would highly recommend Scotty's!! more

Unbelievable 5/15/2012

A tree fell on my Mustang GT, the estimate was low and not complete.The Insurance would not pay for all damage that was done and took four weeks to close.Scottys not only did the job but repaired the rest not covered free of charge.Excelent work, and superior customer service, knowlegebnle staff, we felt like family,with red carpet treatment.would like to highly recomend them as in my opinion are truly the best. more

As a returning customer i can tell you that Scottys has a very knowlegebile staff , their customer service is great,i dropped off a car on wednsday and planned on leaving it till the following week but they had it done before the weekend.the repairs looked great and once again they've exceeded my expectations thanks Scottys .Cesar more
