After only have my new Honda for 3 weeks I was rear-ended :( Being new in town I wasn't sure where to go for repairs, but after checking reviews decided I'd visit Scotty's - VERY...

Great Service and work 5/8/2012

The customer service at Scotty's is superb. They not only did an excellent job but saved us money while doing it. Our Ford F150 looks like brand new and is good advertisement for a job well done. Thank you, Scotty's. We couldn't be happier. Sue & Bob more

We love Scotty's! 5/1/2012

A few months back, my husband was in a small accident. Our insurance was zero help but Scotty's worked with us to find a reasonable price for our repairs. They were helpful and honest but most importantly did a great job! When a tree branch fell on my car not even 2 months later we returned to Scotty's. Luckily, we had some insurance help this time, but we hardly even had to talk to our insurance company. Scotty's worked with them on the estimates and the next think I knew, my car was done! They're great to work with, they guarantee their work, and do their best to go the extra mile for their customers. more

EXCELLENT BODY SHOP...AND QUICK TOO!! 4/26/2012

I was recently in a fender bender, and had paint and body damage to my bumper and back end of the car. I needed to find a body shop that could repair my car within a week cause I travel for work. I originally took it to the volvo dealer, but they gave me an estimate much too high, and said they needed to order a new bumper which would alone take two weeks. I then went to Scotty's, who gave me an estimate much lower (within what I was looking to spend), and told me there was no need to order a whole new bumper--also, they would have it done in three days!! Three days later, I went back to find my car looking almost exactly how I bought it, with the damage completely fixed, new paint, and a FREE CARWASH, inside and out--something I was probably going to spend money to do that day, anyway. SO THANK YOU, SCOTTY'S!! I highly recommend this body shop...quick, excellent customer service, 100% customer satisfaction, and accurate estimates! more

Great Service 4/24/2012

Curtis was very friendly. They told me my truck would be done in three days. I took it in Monday morning and it was done that afternoon. Excellent customer service the staff was friendly and courteous. more

Free Quotes, Amazing Work and Great Prices!!! 4/21/2012

Scotty's did an awesome job on my car! They quoted me for FREE and were exactly in the range of the quote when the work was done. Excellent customer service, very friendly, and explained all details of work. One of the best experiences I have had getting work done on my car. AWESOME WORK ON CHEVY AVALANCHE 4/5/2012

I would like to write about my experience at Scotty's Body Shop. The customer service was exceptional, time was spent to do the job correctly, and the outcome was evidence of a professional shop that had my car looking like new. They gave me a discount for being a Member of the Army and the tried their best to help lower my deductable and assured me of any hidden damage would be taken up with my insurance company. The Best Ever..... 4/2/2012

I have unfortunately had my car repaired by Scotty's twice in the last 6 months. Both were accidents where I was rear ended. Curtis and Lou were amazing. They were very helpful in dealing with the insurance. They do a great job and really look out for their customers. Thanks again! Joanna more

I recently had to have more body work 4/1/2012

I recently had to have more body work done on my car, and Scotty's did an amazing job of transforming the back of my car to normal!! The back of my car was completely smashed, and when I picked it up from Scotty's, it looked better than before my accident. The customer service is great and all of the workers put forth 100% effort. Fantastic Body shop 10/23/2011

I felt that my experience at Scottys body shop as been fantastic. Curtis was a true professional that went out of his way to accomate me from the first call that I made to him about my accident until the last call he made to me that my car was finished. Even Scotty was involved in my body shop experience my having two additioal dings taken out of my car that was not even part of my accident. I was very impressed when I came to pick up my 2010 Corolla was detailed inside the car and out. The gentlemen who detailed the car was there along with Curtis to make sure that I was completely satisfied how my car looked when I picked it up todday. I would recomend Scootys body shop to any one who wants fantastic bodywork and service. Thank you agin Terry Carenza more

Honesty 10/3/2011

My experience at Scotty's was quick and professional. They are professional and treat you with respect. I would recommend Scotty's to anyone even the president of the United States LOL really. My car got hit while parked and really messed up my drivers side rear end and side. I have a 2006 van. I knew they were going to fix the part that got wrecked but they also fixed my door which was hanging and painted the whole side of the car including some scratches that was not a part of the accident for no additional charge. Curtis was extremely helpful and very professional and knew his business. He was professional and there was no run around. There is no place I have been that gave me better service than Scotty's. The best in the business. more

Scotty's is my body shop. 8/2/2011

Just got my 88 Acura back from Scotty's after a fender bender. Scotty's dropped me off and picked me up. Their work is never done until the customer is satisfied. Always reasonable and on time. And they warranty their work. I have been going to Scotty's for nearly 20 years. That's why when people ask me, I tell them Scotty's is my body shop. more

Great service in a timely manner 7/19/2011

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Scotty's. I recieved great service as soon as I walked through the door. They were very friendly. The staff was very knowledgable and explained what needed to be done. They gave me a competitive quote and found economical ways to minimize my deductible costs. They finished the work in a timely manner and my SUV looks great!! If I need repairs in the future. I will call Scotty's. You should to!!! more

Great repair and even better service! 5/8/2011

After having some damage on my newly purchased vehicle I took it in to have an estimate. Since I was paying out of pocket they gave me a competitive quote to help minimize the cost. When the repair took an extra day longer they agreed to fix an additional crack in my bumper for no charge. The car looks like new and price was very reasonable. If I need more work done I'll use Scotty's! more

Scotty's Body Shop is the Best in town! 5/7/2011

After I got my car back from Scotty's it was as good as new! Their customer service is second to none and their attention to detail is unbelievable. They work great with my insurance company and took care of everything for me. They are the best auto repair/body shop that I have ever dealt with. I had a repair done at Scotty's. The customer service was exceptional. I felt my vehicle was in good hands and a sense of trust was there. (Which is hard to find at body and mechanic shops, especially for woman.) They did an outstanding job and went above and beyond what they needed to do. They were able to give me the best deal possible, as if I were family. I appreciate the service they gave me and feel confident if I were to have any more problems I have a trustworthy and high quality place to go! more
