I ordered the English Butter Toffee & it was stale & had melted. Contacted Scott’s was told to contact school for them to put in a claim. I did email Scott’s twice with no response before phone call. This was ordered from my daughter in laws nephews school in FL I am in NY. Most of these fundraisers are done online & you may not even know the person directly. Very poor customer service back your product you are pushing. Had to giving but didn’t deserve any stars.
