Best service ever. Competent mechanics and professional workers in front area

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely help...

My Favorite Auto Repair Facility 8/18/2015

One would have to experience Scott's staff and service to realize they are at a higher level than most folks would ever imagine. In addition to being highly professional and talented in auto repairs, they treat customers as family - at least that is our experience. I do not expect to go anywhere else with automobile problems. more

Outstanding service! 8/8/2015

My daughter's car broke down on the side of the road Wednesday afternoon. When I called Scott's, they told me it probably would be Monday before they could get to it. Tow truck dropped the car off late Wednesday. Crystal followed up with me before lunch on Thursday and the car was ready before they closed that day. I trust Scott's with all 4 of our family's vehicles. more

Customer service and honesty 8/8/2015

It is always a pleasure to do business with the employees at Scott's - especially Kevin. They are friendly, courteous and very helpful. Face it, no one likes to spend money on auto repairs, but at least at Scott's you can be assured that the work is done properly, the cost is explained in detail, and the work is done in a timely manner. They go above and beyond to meet their customers needs. more

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely helpful to the feeling that I am annoying them ( even got an eye roll). I don't think they want my business! I kept going back because people said they are great but after 4 visits I will be looking for a new shop. more

I keep coming back to Scott's because I trust their advice and feedback. They don't try to squeeze every penny out of me and they aren't greedy. I believe they give honest, genuine advice on what is needed for my automobile, and their prices are reasonable. And Bob is an all star. more

Exceptional Service 7/30/2015

I brought my 09 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Ltd. in to Scott's for the 120,000 mile check. I use a specific oil and oil filter and they had no problem with using what I brought them. Additionally, I had called Toyota to get an estimate on what the "typical" charges for this service be and the $$$ they quoted were outrageous and told me all the fluids would most likely need to be changed.... Anyway, I brought the car to Scott's they with a copy of they 120k check list and they went about their business...They didn't change anything that didn't need to be changed and because I supplied my own oil and filter, the total bill was less than 20 bucks!!! Thank you Scott's and especially Kevin for an exceptional service. more
