Best service ever. Competent mechanics and professional workers in front area

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely help...

Scott's has, by far, the very best in customer service and mechanical acumen. Whether it's Bob, Cheron or Crystal(my most recent visit), you can be assured your vehicle will be taken care of. Their electrical diagnostics are spot on! more

BOGO Oil Change 11/23/2015

I always buy the South Forsyth High School Football card to use the BOGO Oil Change that is on there from Scott's Auto Center. When I took in my first car and paid for the Oil Change, the person behind the counter make a remark that he hated this coupon. Then I took in my second car to use my "FREE" oil change and he charged me for extra oil. An extra 2.50 quarts of oil for $11.05. He said that since I was always using the Free coupon on the same car that their computer calculated that they were losing money on my car and he would have to start charging me for the extra quart of oil. So much for my FREE oil change. It cost me $11.05!! more

Always great service! 11/18/2015

Scotts always does a great job. Took care of the truck and its like new again. Mike is the best, and Crystal is always helpful AND top notch in keeping us updated. Bob also is terrific. Kevin did a great job as well. Awesome team!! If I missed anyone its not intentional ;-) more

My only suggestion is as always: There should always be one person at the counter who is not on the phone. Otherwise, good service. more

your front desk people are fantastic all three . Brought you all three of our cars and wifes sister. Only complaint did not get senior discount last visit but did not argue because other people in line at counter. Always get discount from Bob and reason I bring other customers when I can. Scott's is honest...again 10/31/2015

Once again, I requested a service to be performed and Bob w/ Scott's recommended an alternative approach that saved me money (and was actually safer overall for operation). I will continue to bring my vehicles to Scotts (and recommend them to everyone I know) because of their honesty and straight-forward approach. Because they are honest and want to genuinely do the right thing and are not greedy, I will be a lifelong customer and do all of my maintenance with this business. more
