Very Friendly! 8/21/2016

After a little misstep, Greg showed up with a big smile, great attitude and a 'not a problem, I'll take care of it' determination. After I showed him the problem I needed fixed, it took him all of 10 minutes and it was done. I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet him and I will request him for an upcoming project. more

Joe Bob did a fantastic job installing/replacing a second unit at our home. He kept us informed of all options available. He is a very skilled professional and Scottco is very fortunate to have him as one of their technicians. more

Excellent Service from Greg A. 5/19/2016

Greg helped us find and fix a gas leak following a home inspection. He was available almost right away. He was friendly and professional. He fixed our problem quickly and even took time to chat with my kids. My husband wasn't home while Greg was working on our house, but right away I could tell Greg wasn't the type of guy I'd be a little nervous about letting into my house. He was just the right amount of friendly without being creepy. No pressure, either. If I needed help again, I'd definitely call Greg A at Scottco! more

Prompt, excellent service 5/18/2016

Roy was conscientious about his work. When, after he left, I discovered a problem, he returned immediately and stayed until he was sure the thermostat was operating correctly. He also assured me that if any other problem arose, he would return - to feel free to call. FWIW, he also had some nice things to say about working for Scottco. :) more
