Scott Travis Pool Svc

Don't waste your time and money. Do your pool and your wallet a favor and stay away from these guys. I have never seen the tech test the water, He simply dumps a tom of chlorine in the pool, skims the surface and leaves. I have had to clean out the pump basket myself and vacuum the pool as he never does it. Not sure how these guys are still in business. more

So we recently hired Scott Travis Pool Service (Pool Daddy) to come clean and maintain our pool. Their prices were great and Travis was very nice on the phone. The first visit, they came and cleaned the pool and added chemicals. The pool was fantastic! The second week, their worker called me asking for access into our gate - when I got home, the pool didn't look much different, but I knew he was there because he'd called me and because he left some tools on our deck. The 3rd and 4rth week we didn't notice any change and his tools were still sitting on the pumps, which obviously proved they did not show up. We called and emailed Scott numerous times and no answer. We looked up their contact info through the contractor's board and found that they also have a landscape business. Long story short, we were told by an in-law of his that he was out of country for the month. We received a bill for a whole month of service even though we only actually got 2 week?s worth. We were never informed by Scott that we would not have the pool serviced while he was away and that he would not be available to reach. So, we have moved on to another pool service that is only $15 more a month. I DO NOT recommend Scott Travis Pool...Any contractor that flakes this badly probably isn't competent enough to be working on anything! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - go elsewhere!!!! more

Scott does a wonderful jobon my pool each week, I hired him when he came out to give me an estimate on a repair I was told I needed by another pool company. Pros: Knowledgable. courteous and Dependable more

had a scheduled app. for him to come out and clean my pool and do a repair on a leak. 1st he was 2 hours late which I could understand that he gets held back at other pools. But he shows up looks at my pool which is a small pool not much cleaning to be done. He looks at the leak which needed fixing told my husband what needed to be done and said he was going back to his office to get some parts and he would be right back. To my supprise 2, 4, 6, 8,10pm came around and no call no show. Was very upset.. Cons: should of been upfront more
