Scott Pistone Law Office

Scott Pistone is the worst this that happened to me. He allowed my friends to act rude and disrespectfull in court. He insighted them to be abusive and pushed for a quickie divorce with me and my husband and didnt do any research into my exhusbands financial assetts and ended up getting me nothing out of the divorce. I was able to keep a run down mobile home and left with no way to get to and from work. He was so eager to get the job done in one day leaving me without my fair share. My exhusband had made more than 3.5 million dollars from his investments in the 2 years that we were married and had been hiding it in a seperate bank account. At court he somehow conviced Scott that he was broke and in need of our only working vehicle and Scott told me that I should just sign the papers or risk losing my home. I stupidly agreed to this thinking he was smart and looking out for my best interests. I signed the papers keeping my house and found out a couple weeks later that while I was still trying to find a ride to work with is over 25 miles away that my exhusband was vacationing in Fiji and had taken 8 friends with him all paid for by my exhusband. I was left with pennies while my exhusband is free to roam the world. The biggest mistake I ever made was to put my trust into Scott Pistone. Had he actually pushed to go to court we could have had the judge demand that my exhusband show his finances and we would have found out that he was hiding millions of dollars and I wouldnt be so broke and lonely. He also pushed for a one year restraining order when it wasnt necessary and this had legally put all hopes of saving a once happy marriage to bed as we cannot even go to councelling together or try to mend the broken relationship that was once so full of love. When my ex came to pick up his dog with a police escort I knew that he still loved me and we just needed to seek a marriage councelor that there may have been hope. As my exhusband drove of I knew that by bringing Scott Pistone into the picture I had made a terrible mistake and he did nothing to help me. I contacted Pistone Law offices to request a free consultation with some specializing in family law. I needed to find out my rights and had questions concerning legal issues, jurisdiction, procedures, and advice. The receptionist was super nice. She listened to my story, and informed me that both attorneys were in court this morning, but that she could relay the information to their paralegal and ask him to return my call. He called me back within 10 minutes! If the 2 attorney's with this office are 1/10 as helpful and caring as the receptionist and paralegal (which they both have assured me they are) I'll be going back to them for all my legal needs. They are affordable and go above and beyond. It's nice to work with a law office that genuinely cares and doesn't want to charge you for paperclips.
