Thank you Sclafani for your quick response to my needing an oil delivery ASAP! I had not realized I was almost on empty, and when I called I spoke with a lovely representative named Nancy who made sure that although they were already booked for two days, she arranged that I would receive a delivery the next day. They just delivered, and I wished I could have personally thanked the service man for coming so promptly! I have used Sclafani for the past several years, and have always been pleased with their willingness to help and be of service. I recommend them to others who want this kind of reliable service. Oh..one more thing...Their prices have been consistently lower than many other Oil Companies in the area! That is a real plus! I enjoy reading their website too..It is filled with knowledgeable information, written with an attitude of caring about the needs of their customers. It is clear that they know their stuff! My husband Sal Altavilla has been doing business with Sclafani for more than 6 years. They are honest, trustworthy and responsive. Whenever we agree on a price, Sclafani honors that price. Recently the cost of home heating oil has come down substantially, however in past years when the price of oil was skyrocketing my husband locked in at a price, and on more than one occasion by the time of delivery oil prices went up. Never, ever was he charged at the higher rate. One call and they are here for any sort of emergency. We would never consider changing companies. They are a local company that can be depended on. more
