I highly recommend School house yoga. I've tried a number of different schools and really enjoyed my classes there. I've been taking the yoga 1 classes. They are a great balance of hard and soft. The classes start out with a warm-up, then move into a standing sequence that will make you sweat! I tried the gentle yoga classes, but they moved a little too slow for me. I'm hoping to maybe one day try an astanga class, but I've heard they are real kick -*&^.
Pros: parking, changing rooms, lots of props
