The best thing about this particular Schnucks store is the large selection of produce. I've only found a couple of other stores in the area that offer a comparable selection. ...

Schnucks Supermarket 7/9/2005

Schnucks is a nice clean supermarket but very pricey for a typical family. If you are looking for an unsual item this is a good place to find it. There deli and bakery is also great and has a wonderful salad bar that is good to grab for lunch. Although it is also pricey they have a wide selection of alcohol. more

Schnucks Grocery Stores 6/6/2005

Although Schnucks is pricy compared to the other supermarkets in the area, their produce department is outstanding in regards to quality. Almost everything is fresh and crisp. I did have problems using multiple coupons there and found the cashier to be somewhat rude in her one sentence explanation of "it's store policy to not allow it." (I had coupons that specifically said not limited to one coupon per purchase.) While I will continue to shop there for the excellent produce, I probably wouldn't return for other grocery items. The high pricing and rude cashier was a big turn off to me. more
