These guys made me feel like i did not exist. It took about 45 minutes to get help. Pros: Have lots of stuff Cons: very mean salespeople

I gave these guy another chance. It was 4:45 and I was not finished asking questions. TOO BAD the wanted me out! So they could close. NO more chances. I thought they were the choice of the pros. Apparently dinner was calling. more

Schiller's is THE camera store in St. Louis for professionals or people who want to develop professional-level capabilities. They also offer a lot or "pro-sumer" and consumer photo equipment and services. Saturday's a busy times at Schiller's, so you may wait for service, but if you wait out one of the "old guys" you will get the top level of service. If anyone in St. Louis knows more about Nikon cameras than Jerry Smith, I'd like to meet him or her. more

Pricey store, but great quality and good service 9/10/2005

You will pay more here if you buy products, but you will also get great service and a lot of helpful information from the staff that work here. You can also rent audio-visual equipment here if you need it but do not want to purchase a system. They also sell cameras, camcorders, and other photo related items. They also do photo processing and photo restoration. A longtime local company with a good reputation. more

Camera & Video Store 9/1/2005

This is the best camera and video store in town! They have the most prepared staff- to answer all of your questions. They do exceptional film developing! I had my wedding photos done here. Excellent service. more

Worth a visit if you're a photography buff.... 7/15/2005

Schillers has been around for a long time, and if you need it, they probably have it. My biggest complaint about them is price. Even film developing costs a premium here - and new cameras and accessories can go for close to full retail price. But I've gotten an excellent used lens here before, and know lots of people rent A.V. equipment from them for presentations too. Plus, they're knowledgable - so if you want/need expert advice, they may be worth the price. more
