I would just like to take a minute and let you know how much my husband and I appreciate the service that we get when we shop at your Collinsville Va location. We are honored to say that your store manager Karen Jones is such a wonderful person and an empolyee. She always takes as much time as we need to see that we are satisifed with the service and products that your store carries. Our whole house is furnished with Schewels furniture. We do have a number of deliveries. I have had really good service from the delivery guys (Joey & Gary)for this location also.\r \r They are very respectful and seem to really hace pride in what they do.\r \r People like Karen, Joey and Gary are the kind of people that keep me spending money in your Collinsville location! The manager of your store, is one of the finest managers that you have. She is efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. I bought a sofa last week. Friday by Monday I knew that it was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all. I called to return it. 0 RETURN POLICY!! The manager **argured** with me on the phone that I bought a USED sofa. If they have NO RETURN how can it be used? I got it off the show floor with a tiny scratch on it. The owner of the company will not return phone calls. This company has no customer service and no customer satisfaction. more

I bought a curio cabinet from them and when they loaded in my truck the gut broke all the glass out of it and they did not have another in so I got my money back. This happen many years ago when they were located on Main Street, Well Saturday I went to Schewels new store next to Tractor Supply and bought a Sofa and Recliner. Got a call today and was told the pieces came into their store damaged and would not be delivered and I would have to wait another week for them or I could come back and get my money back. I stopped by to get my money back and was told I had to wait a week for my money because I wrote them a check.Once a mistake Twice my mistake NEVER AGAIN. more

Schewels has a really great slection of furniture and appliances. When we bought our home, we got all of our furniture here. They offer delivery and set up for free for those who only live a short distance from the store. The prices vary, some items are expensive, but the majority are reasonable. They have TV's, beds, armoires, lamps, etc. I would highly recommend this furniture store. PROS: Fantastic selection CONS: Some things expensive more
