I had a persistent problem with my vehicle that was very difficult to diagnose. It took several visits, but Greg was very thorough in nailing the issue. I believe he is honest and fair in a business that has its share of those who aren't. I highly recommend this business! more

100K Check-Up 12/24/2016

Thanks. No issues. Quick check to see if my car needed any noticeable service as it turned 100K miles earlier this month and I want to keep it for another couple to three years. Had the recommended transmission filter and fluid change performed per the overall inspection. Always appreciate Scheller Automotive's honesty and trustworthiness. more

I'm always pleased with the service at Scheller. My last visit was to see why my check engine light was on. Unfortunately it was going to be an expensive repair so I opted to not repair at this time since my vehicle is running ok. I do feel the charge just to diagnose the problem was expensive. $98 more

Crank but won't start....diagnosed and fixed quick 11/20/2016

Thought the fuel pump went out. Come to find out my key fob had died and the car'a anti-theft system was preventing the car from starting. New key fob and car running great. Scheller handled all discussion with Land Rover as well. Very good job! more

I took my car in for a service. As part of their service, they gave me a list of items that needed attention. I explained that I might be selling the car and they helped me evaluate what services to perform. They could have easily said fix everything! more

Customer Service and through work 11/5/2016

I am always pleased with service I receive....I trust things are done right. Other than a routine oil change etc. I informed staff the the stablization system light was coming on and engine light was on at times. In the checking on the computer I was told it showed that nothing was wrong to cause this to occur.. However the issue of the lights coming on continue....stabilization light daily and engine off and on still. I need to get back to them to recheck but have not done this. I have not experienced any loss of performance of my automobile. I will continue to use Sheller Automotive to service my Equinox. more

Window Repair 10/24/2016

Too expensive - no cheaper than going to the dealer. I had my window motor replaced in May. It recently failed so they told me it was the regulator vice the motor. Likely story to keep from having to replace it for free. I do not believe they removed my door panel to troubleshoot the problem but they surely charge me ~ $100 to check it. more

Took an extra day, but I ended up with a newer transmission than promised at NO EXTRA COST! Still several hundred dollars cheaper than the Toyota stealership around the corner. more
