Dont go to libraries often, but if i need to then this is the one! Very spacious and updated. Might need to check for some books in advance and put them on hold since it gets so busy there. more

Great Library 11/18/2005

The Schaumburg Library is the only place that I know where you can find almost any book that you want. Its really big and has different sections with lots of variety and selection. The only bad part about the Schaumburg library is that if you don't live in Schaumburg, then they have a very long procedure for you to checkout their book with your local suburbs library card. PROS: HUGE, Centrally located CONS: Long Wait if you are not a Schaumburg Resident. more

Very Nice Library 11/8/2005

Since it open the new library, this is a grand library. There is two levels and also a cafe in the first floor. The second floor is where most of the books are kept and also the magazines and computer access. They have a huge selection and of course they can also get the book you need if they don't have it in stock. I have also used their computers and during weekends or evenings, there is sometimes a wait due to many people in need of using them. The adult reference staff are very nice and helpful. more

Excellent Suburban Library 10/13/2005

This place is ridiculous! It was just built about 5 years ago, and I remember being amazed the first time I went in here. There is a huge selection of books over two levels. It's kind of like a giant Barnes and Noble. There's a cafe/coffee shop on the first level. The giant room with thousands of CDs and DVDS is like being in Blockbuster. There's an adorable children's area that I would have loved as a kid. It's different than any other library I have ever been in. This is definitely the best library in the Northwest suburbs and I would always go here for any research I had to do in school. more

Great place to read/study! 9/12/2005

Schaumburg Township District Library has got to be one of the best libraries around. It's a beautiful building where you can relax, enjoy reading, studying, etc. The inter-library system is great as well, to access other libraries' inventories. more

Great service 5/24/2005

Schaumburg Township District Library is one of my favorite hang outs. I always find all the books, even the hard-to-find ones at this library. They have a wonderful CD selection as well. The drive-up and on-line services make everything so convenient and quick. They even have a self check-out kiosk. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out. more

rent books 5/18/2005

I always get all of my library books from here. They have such a wide selection. They have almost any book you are looking for. Best of all, they have an "online catalog" that you can search books on before actually going to the library! more

The best library ever! 5/6/2005

This is my favorite library. It is HUGE! it has a little coffee shop in it and separate sections for kids, young adults, and adults. There's plenty of computers for use of all ages. My favorite spot in the entire library is in the mystery books section, where theres a nice fireplace and cozy sofas to read on! more
