I am a loyal customer of honda I own 3 wehicals I also service my vehical with certified dealers Honda fit 2011 Honda Odessy 2001 Honda Accord 1999 This dealership as well as honda corperate gave me a 3 day run around and made me bring in the car to have a $130 estimate to tell me what I already knew, the transmission was bad. Long frustration weeklong story short: Factory recalled transmissions after a class action lawsuit. 1st transmission lasts 68,000 (Free Replacement Improved Trans) Redone "Fixed transmission" Replaced by honda last 61,000 Honda basically wanted to charge me $5,100, more then the car is worth and no warenty included to replace a transmission they knew was faulty on my Oddessy 2001 After 3 days of calls and waiting for call backs no one could even offer me 5% off I called the place honda outsources their transmission work to and they said it's going to cost $3100 and they will offer me a lifetime warenty. Nick Percision Transmission in Roselle Honda still charged me $130 to tell me the trans was shot. Bob rohrman personelle had trouble remembering to call me back, I would end up calling and nothing would be done about my issue so I would wait on hold for them to find out the answers. Overall After these 3 vehicals die, No MORE HONDAS FOR THIS GUY! Custormer loyalty and Customer Service are my 2 biggest reasons for buying anything from anyone Honda has not given me these reasons or a reason to return. more

We bought our van from here after car shopping in some chicago honda dealership. Of course the reason why we spent our money here because of their best pricing compare to other. Not only that we found the best deal for our car, we also got some free oil service from this place. When we had problem with our car, they lend us their car, and when we have our service here, they'd take us to woodfield mall and when the car is ready they pick us up again. We have been very happy with their service. more

First, I have never purchased a car from Schaumburg Honda so I can't comment on that aspect of the business; but I have had my Honda Accord serviced there several times and I have been very impressed with the level of service. They return your car to you at the time promised and constantly update you (and call you back at the time promised) on the status of the service. Service counselors are friendly and courteous (and most of all, professional). They also offer a rental car if service times are too long. Service Prices are also very competitive. Definitely worth my repeat business! more

I just bought my Honda Civic Sedan EX Special Edition from this dealership. The service was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. I chose this dealership because i wanted a car with good miles per gallon. They also had a lot of variety and a good selection of used cars. more

I purchased a Honda from them and it was a good experience. I was the last customer on that Saturday. After taking delivery of the vehicles I noticed a paint defect. I called the salesman and it was taken care of quickly. He set up a rental for me while the car was in the shop, but it wasn't fixed the 1st time around. had to take it back several times to get it done correctly. The sales process was good, the service afterwards was okay. more

When I was looking for my van, this was the first dealership I had visited. They had a better selection with respect to color and options than the other Honda dealerships in the area. I did not like that sealcoat/undercoat was not an option, it was standard on all vans. I also did not buy from them because they did not have a clearcut plan if your car was in for service. My salesperson said he would personally find me a loaner car and/or drive me home but I didn't want to be dependent on a salesperson in case he left the dealership. more
