It's a shame that the first post seen is the nasty ""BEWARE"" post because I had a wonderful experience! The offices whole team (the doctor and the women up front) were very kind and personable! My exam was quick and the doctor was thorough. The women helping me pick out my frames was great and made sure I purchased a frame that fit my face and looked good on me. The frame prices aren't too bad but it may seem like the lenses are a bit pricey HOWEVER you're getting what you pay for!! Overall loved my appointment and now have stylish glasses! I definitely recommend this doctor's office for eye exams and buy glasses! more

BEWARE!! I have never been treated WORSE in my life by a ""dr's office"". I spent over $400 on glasses for my child & appts. for my entire family - a total of $800. After spending time, money & entrusting my family?s eye health to this practice, I attempted to get assistance with a contact problem of my own. I was spoken to in such an inappropriate & unprofessional manner, that I cannot even repeat the language. The manager, Kim, was so rude & nasty to me that I asked to speak to the dr. She seemed to gloat at her ?control? & refused to assist me, sitting in her chair & flashing an evil smile telling me to go elsewhere if I didn?t like it her way. It's no wonder that they are always empty & easy to get an appt. Do NOT waste your time or money here if you expect customer service, value, or an establishment that appreciates or respects you as a customer!! more
