I am getting ready to sell my car and brought it here to get it detailed. I picked it up and the seats were pretty wet but it otherwise looked good so I didn't make a big deal about it and drove home. I park and start wiping the windows down which are all fogged up from the wetness inside the car. I move my rear view mirror and see a crack in my windshield that DEFINITELY was not there before. Awesome - definitely going to loose a few hundred dollars on the sale now. I never review anything but I am so pissed off about this! :( Cons: Damaged my car! more

I've been going to this car wash for 2 years and absolutely loves it. They clean the inside and outside of the car pretty well and I would usually tip them $3 every time. \r \r Last Friday I went there for the usual cleaning and got the option to clean the rubber mats also. Since it was so cold outside I went inside my car to wait while the worker was scrubbing my rubber mats, as I'm looking at the back seat for any garbage to throw out, I see that someone had spitted on my carpet. (I am sure this is not from anyone that I know, because no one had sat there for 1 day and usually only my wife and baby sits in the back. Yes, there was a baby seat in the back also.) \r \r I go in to the register to look for the owner or manager and tell him that someone had spitted on my carpet. The manager comes out looks at the carpet, tells the worker to scrub it out of the carpet, and then proceeds to downplay the incident instantly. Saying that he's sure they didn't do it on purpose...blah blah (this tells me that 1)he knows his workers had done it and that it's not the first time, and 2) he never really tried to find out who did it, meaning it's prob not the last time) \r \r 99% of the time I would not have known someone had spitted on my carpet since they would have put the rubber mats back on top and I would have left the car wash not knowing anything. This one time that I go back into my car to wait, I find a luggy on my carpet. This makes me wonder how many times they did and I didn't know about it.
