Beware of using this company. They suck you in with promises of good customer service and then charge you to get rid of them. I made the mistake of going with them for alarm monitoring which requires a 2yr contract. The only reason why I HAD to go with them is because when they install an alarm system, they do it so that another company CANNOT come in behind them and provide you service. The problem is, in this situation, the system was mine, NOT a loaner. Anyway, I signed a 2yr contract (which I still have sitting in front of me). When the 2 yrs was up I wanted switch to another, less expensive, company. Little did I know, they REQUIRE a written notice of cancellation (info not contained in the contract). So I got charged for an 6 extra months of service. Then when I faxed the notice I found out that in order for another company to come in and take over service the system has to be reset to ""dealer default,"" a service that requires a $75 payment!! The owner of the new company that I'm going through didn't even understand why they wouldn't just reset the system since I PAID FOR IT!!! Meanwhile, I have gotten very little help from the peole working in the office. I always get transferred to people that don't even work in the office here. My requests for manager/owner attention have repeatedly been ignored. Generally, I don't do this, this is actually my 1st post on here, but I really hate it when companies lack customer service and try to get over on their customers.
