Savannah Waste

04/01/09 Terrible customer service by Savannah1 at Citysearch We were customers of Savannah Waste. I WAS TREATED THE EXACT SAME WAY as the other review.Funny, Charlie is the OWNER! Our trash was not picked up (this has happened before and we let it slide) and we have been paying customers for 3 yrs now. Charlie called back to tell me our trash wasn't out. baloney! It lives in the same spot day after day. Animals got into our trash and I asked Charlie if they could help pick it up he said, ""we don't do that!"" He never offered a credit on the account or even an apology. I told him after March we won't be a customer and I would pass the word along. more

We were customers of Savannah Waste (EEE Sanitation)for about 1 year, and on atleast 3 occasions, our trash was not picked up. When the most recent incident occured, I called several days and left messages before I was able to reach someone. The ""office manager"" said that the driver came to our home, but our trash was not out. This was not true, because my husband put it out the night before. I told him that our trash was overflowing and we needed someone to collect our trash. He offered no assistance. He said that we would have to wait for our next scheduled pick up. When I asked his name, he hung up in my face. When I called back and asked to speak to his boss, or the owner, he said that the owner was busy. I asked him to have the owner to call me. Charlie, the ""office manager"" called me back and informed me that they were cancelling my service because the owner did not want to deal with petty customers. "" My trash not being picked up, and rude customer service is petty"" I asked. He said yes. \r more
