I am 68 years old and this company offers a 20% senior discount. This is especially helpful when you are on a fixed income and prices are so high. I use them all the time and they are just wonderful people. Thank you so much Joe and Anthony for all your help. more

Great company I lost my License a year ago and these guys saved me...never been late once and will tell you if there is a long wait.Other company's I have tried tell you 5 min and take 30 not these guys they give you an honest time. Thank You more

Made a set time for pick up the day before They where on time picked me up at the holiday inn in saugus ma at 430am to go to logan the cab driver was very nice man from Saugus named Joe no issues what so ever!! more

Would not recommend 12/2/2010

I am saying this as an ex driver. I remember when I was with them they had a cab they put the wrong fuse in so there was no light and it's a cheap part so ya think with what they make they would fix it, right? They didn't and the car eventually caught fire. The condition of almost all of the cabs was deplorable. I remember one time driving one down the highway and they wouldn't fix the shocks so when it would get to 40 it would shake. Those are just 2 of the cabs I remember not being properly taken care of. The way they treat their drivers I'm surprised people still apply. There were nights I would work a 12 hour shift and not even take home all of my tips because of how they charged us. more

Never again!!! 9/29/2010

I tried Saugus Taxi three times in the last year, they were over a half hour late every time. I called the night before for a pickup in the morning and they were still late. I'm posting this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I was late for work three times because of them. Time to find a different Taxi company. more
