I have been very happy with the service and care I have received from Da Vinci. I got my sclerotherapy using a Groupon and I feel like i got a very good deal. The front desk and medical staff are all lovely and Dr Pappolla is very professional. He explains what he is doing as he goes along, he ALWAYS numbs before he injects and you can barely feel the injections. In my experience of having injections, he is better than the majority of doctors/nurses and has a very steady hand. I have always received a reminder about my appointment (even though I came to the practice through a groupon). AND, most importantly, i am very happy with the results. I have been nothing but impressed. more

After reviewing some of the negative reviews for Da Vinci Aesthetics, I was a little apprehensive on keeping my appointment for my Living Social Voucher. But after I went back to the Living Social Website, I found out that they have an 89% possitive rating. So I decided to keep it. When I walked in to their new location, it was nice and inviting. The person at the front desk greeted me and asked for my information. I only waited for about 10 minutes (I was early) and then they called me back for my appointment. They performed my laser hair removal treatment and I was very pleased. \r \r They called me a few days later to make sure I was happy with the service and asked if I had any questions. I told them that I was very happy with my service and their staff and ended up scheduling additional sessions with them. \r \r I've worked in the retail/sales world and there will always be someone in the public that ""pushes the limits"" of a company's policies. These people are highway robbers! I purchased 6 laser hair removal sessions and booked my first appointment, canceling it more than 24 hours (their policy) in advance. Well, they conveniently forgot to cancel my appointment in their system. Maybe there was some confusion because they'd mistakenly booked it for a day later (so I canceled more than 48 hours in advance), or maybe it was because they knew they'd just take ALL of my money and not even let me book any of the following 5 appointments. I've referred them to the BBB. more
