I've gone to many other nail salons, and recently decided to try Sassy Nails. I rarely complain about something, it takes a lot to make me complain. I got a set of solar nails, which should have cost $35.00 according to their website... which I was unaware of. So including the tip that I gave I paid 45.00. The girl charged me for gel not for solar. Second she must have been very inexperienced because she couldn't even get the tips to stick to my nails. I've never seen this happen before. It was obvious that the glue was bad, but she continued to use it for the whole set of nails. The white tips were lifting on the sides before she even started putting the solar on. I've never seen that happen before either. Within a couple of days there were cracks all over my nails, and 3 have broken! I have NEVER EVER had my nails break before, especially never a set of solar nails. That's why I wanted solar nails in the first place, because they are supposed to be stronger, of higher quality, and not turn yellow. Like I said before, I really don't like to complain, I'm just not that kind of person, but when I pay extra, and find out that the girl overcharged me (swindled me), I just won't sit back and take that without warning other people. Maybe it was just this technician, but other older technicians had come over to watch her. And for them to knowingly let her do a bad job, that's really wrong. I would never recommend this nails salon.
