Saratoga Honda

This is the 2nd Honda Accord I purchased from Saratoga Honda's Salesperson Lindsey Karlin. Lindsey is professional, friendly and customer-focused. He always portrays a relaxed atmosphere, listens to my wants and needs and works with me for as long as I take to decide what type of Honda I want to purchase. I remembered how easy and comfortable it was to work with Lindsey when I purchased my first Honda...and the feeling of being offered a fair deal back then AND now. My first Honda Accord was serviced at Saratoga Honda for 7 years and I was never dissatisified with any of their service. It was always done when they said it would be done. Everyone is friendly to work with and I am especially satisfied with the followup Saratoga Honda does after the completion of their service. My salesperson, Pete Spinoza, is knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic without being pushy. He listens well, and gives the buyer information and meaningful sugestions. A straight shooter that knows how to meet the customer's needs in a process that is quick and smooth, but not hurried. Pete sets a new standard for car sales. The manager, Mark David, made a fair, honest offer for my trade. There was no need for back-and-forth price negotiation. My car was destroyed in an accident so I was forced to look for a new one. My wife's boss suggested I look at a Honda at Saratoga Honda. I was prepared to just replace my Camry with another but figured it would not hurt to look. Glad I did! I emailed Saratoga Honda and told them I was a serious buyer with limited time and no trade.
