We're sorry Alma H. was unhappy with our service. During the summer months, it is only practical to make kerosene deliveries one day a week. We regret the price went up on Kerosene between your order date and delivery, and that is an unusual circumstance. We will happily put a credit on your account for the difference, and thank you for being a valued customer. more

I ordered Kerosene from Santarelli and after 5 Business days it hadn't been delivered yet\r so I called again. They delivered it the next day and charged me 5 cents more a gallon.\r Beware of their charging practices. I believe that will be the last time I call them. more
