Hardworking 12/23/2009

Santa Shoe Repair has a couple who are a hardworking and good at their trade. They are providing a service I use frequently. Each shoe repair was done with competence and expertise. One time I brought in a dearly loved pair of sandals that had stretched and were too wide. The woman did not speak English, but she and I communicated as I put the sandals on my feet and showed her what needed to be done. She nodded, showed me where they needed to be tightened, and wrote up my ticket. When I picked them up, they fit me well and to this day I still wear them. I highly recommend this shop. more

BAD SHOE SHOP 10/30/2008

First off the clerk DID NOT SPEAK A WORD English she only knew how to say $8 dollars and the days of the week . W hen i came back to pick up my boots they looked worst then when i had left them -I WANTED TO CRY .. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN , I SERIOUSLY DON'T KNOW HOW THEY KEEP BUSINESS more

Unprofessional 11/18/2005

I took my mom to get her prescription filled here. The order was to get one shoe with a 3/4 inch raise on the bottom and a 1/4 inch raise in sole. But I didn't understand that untill I went to another shoe store. The service clerk had a really bad Asian accent so it was difificult to understand the words coming out of his mouth. He told us he had to make a 3/4 inch raise in the bottom but he didn't know what the 1/4 inch was. He even asked us if we knew about it. I took my mom out of that store and went to another place. more
