We had a great experience using Dana, the internet and fleet manager. He was very thorough and helpful. Accommodated a multitude of questions, an inspection from an outside company and was helpful coordinating the transporter for us as the purchase was out of state. Nothing but good vibes to send or say about the experience, Dana Hall or Santa Monica Audi.\r more

Sales person was extremely helpful and accommodating. We test drove the A3 3.2S and missed a turn onto the highway. He insisted that I made a u-turn and get on the highway. He assured me that this is what the A3 is made for! Not pushy at all.\r more

I had looked online for the car I wanted and was willing to travel within a 1,000 mile radius of SLC to purchase. I spoke with Mary Anne on the phone many times. I had various choices but I chose the 2009 Audi A4 from your lot due because I knew she would represent the transaction fairly and most important make the experience of buying a car sight-unseen and out of state a good one. I am very pleased to report that she delivered. Mary Anne picked me up from LAX and helped me make the transaction smooth and enjoyable. Her training on the vehicles functionality was superb and her follow up was off the charts as she checked with me on several occasions through my drive back home to SLC. Thank you again I can't even begin to tell you how satisfied I am with this place.\r more

Finance dept was also fantastic. No hard selling on the extended warranties, paint protection, etc. I'd say I spent no more than a total of 2 hours from when I first arrived to when I drove off the lot in my new car.\r more

The sales manager at Santa Monica was by far the easiest and realest person over the phone and in person to deal with. He made it so simple and his price was the best right out of the gate. He made no attempts to bait and switch us and made the whole process so simple. I am very pleased with the car and the sales process they provided me with.\r more
