Being that we are a customer service based company, we welcome all input from our guests. However, when a guest chooses to post negative on-line comments, it makes it very diffic...

Worst

I enjoyed my massage. The pedicure was good, except for the double dipping into the scrub...maybe not so smart. I did notice that a few of the women doing nails had warts! yikes....

Unbelievably SAD 8/19/2007

I can honestly say I have visited the top 6 spas here in Birmingham.Most don't cut it in one form or another.I can give you a list of why this one does not in many.I found the staff up front to be untrained and unqualified to even make an appt. I found the locker room to be, shall I say "exposingly" small, for you were out for all the world to see(clients and staff) and was severly cramped.The middle of my day was ok but at the final ending of what seemed to be a total shrew of nobody knew where I was suppose to be, I found myself in the midst of the nail dept with a few women who not only were unprofessional in their words but in their dispositions.No thanks. more

PAIN 6/5/2007

This is by far the worst spa I have been to, in Birmingham and elsewhere. Technician showed no patience, was not thorough. Will never be back, nor do I recommend this spa. more

Best Facial and Massages Ever! 3/13/2007

I was nervous about getting a massage but the guy that gave me my hot stone massage was very professional and made me feel so relaxed. The facial by agirl named Mary was amazing. She had magic fingers. I will be a regular client there. Alittle noisy in the nail area but overall great service. more

great facials 8/10/2006

I went to this spa desperate for skin care solutions. Instead of giving me a standard facial and selling me a product that wasn't right for me (like others I had been to), they took on my problem as if it were their own. They really tried to help and even had me bring in my own products to see if I could use something I already had rather than buying all new products. Of the products I DID buy, when one didn't work out, they refunded my money. Overall, I feel that they really know what they are talking about and they truly care about their clients. more

The most flexible spa! 6/17/2006

I was in Birmingham for 4 months on a consulting assignment and the flexibility of the staff at the spa to work me in, therapists who would stay late and a master stylist who took pity on me and personally colored and styled my hair. I was at the spa 9 times and other than 1 marginal massage, all my services were well done. more

The Best 12/22/2005

This spa is by far the best in Birmingham. It is so relaxing in this place that you will not want to leave. They do everything from nails and facials to massages and airbrush tanning. If youre looking for some time of relaxation...this is the place to go. more

You could just drift away.... 11/4/2005

I believe I received the best massage of my life here!!(definately at least get an hour long one- worth the difference in price). The sauna area is very nice and private - very important for me. They offer such a range of services its like a spa, salon, and deli in one! The only negative is there are definately cheaper day spas in the area. PROS: Great selection of services, great massages! CONS: A little expensive more

five star day spa 8/15/2005

The Santa Fe Day Spa is one of the best spas in birmingham. They offer only the best in spa services from massage to facials. The staff is very nice and helpful. On my first visit I didnt really know what to expect or do and they helped me every step of the way. It is in a beautiful setting so you are very comfortable and relaxed. The pricing is a little higher than moderate but affordable. more

Catering to male and female guests with the amenities and services both enjoy in a facility with a cozy spa area with 10 treatment rooms, a couples suite with a hot tub, and waiting area with a faux fireplace. This Full Service Spa and Salon has 10 hair stations, 6 nail stations and 6 pipeless pedicure chairs. The facility also boosts a spa café as well as locker rooms for men and women with showers, hot tubs and steam rooms. Santa Fe Day Spa opened in October of 1999 and in Dec. of 2004 moved to The Village Lee Branch Shopping Center, a theatre, hotel, retail and restaurant complex on the Greystone Cooridor of Hwy. 280.
