Puppies, puppies, puppies. I swear they think they are supposed to go to the bathroom where ever I tell them not to. I just got 2 dogs and its been hard training them but I finally got them fully trained and was so thankful because now I can finally hire someone to clean my carpets so that my house does not smell like urine anymore. I called up Santa Ana Carpet Cleaning and set up an appointment. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone but said they would need to send a technician over to give me an exact price. He came over and told me the price and then he did the job right then. Sooo much happier now! My house smells great and my carpets look awesome! more

I have some cats and the carpet around their liter box began to really smell like urine. I tried buying some products and self cleaners rather than hiring a professional. BIGGEST MISTAKE!! Santa Ana Carpet Cleaners, cleaned my carpets at my townhouse yesterday. I had already priced the worst case possible, as we were renting and had 2 cats, which one had relief issues and wasn?t finding the litter-box most of the times. To make matters worse; our second cat had digestive problems (he throws up his food frequently), and it didn?t help the carpet matter to say the least. I had no idea how badly the carpets were damaged until we moved all of our furniture out. If the carpet cleaners weren?t able to get my carpets cleaned, I would have to spent approx. $4000+ to replace these carpets. I?ve used Santa Ana Carpet Cleaners twice already. The first year they did a great job on my furniture. This year they did a spectacular job on pleated shades (made them look new) and my carpets. They were dirty and wet. I got a phone call from the tech about his work a week later, since he wanted to know how he did. The carpet was much cleaner and it dried within a few hours. The furniture cleaning and the pleated shades were fabulous too. If you are sensitive to chemicals, if you have asthma, lung disease or allergies, this is the only place in town. If there is ever a problem, they will call until you are satisfied. I?ll definitely call them again. more

I?m so glad I hired Santa Ana Carpet Cleaners! I had a huge house warming party recently after I had purchased my very first and own home. It was probably about 40+ people that joined me at my celebration. We had such a great time and so much fun. They were able to schedule an appointment for us the same day, and gave us an expectable price. The carpet cleaner technician was courteous and was very nice to our some times bothersome twins too. He did an amazing job on our carpets that had been seriously dirty. What amazed us was how quickly he got it done, under an hour and a half, and how fast the carpets were dry after he had left (3 hours only).
