Hot water heater problem 8/15/2013

Company called to let us know the service personnel would be there "within the hour" and they were. Service personnel were courteous and showed great consideration for the homeowners' property -- by putting on shoe covers before entering, for example. Diagnosed the problem, including the homeowners in the discussion and explaining the problem. They had installed our air conditioning unit, our hot water heater, and our furnace some years ago. I would recommend this company for any HVAC needs. more

Inaccurate Diagnosis 6/1/2011

Glad others have had good experiences, guess I am an exception to getting the good service. Consumers BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to take a chance of being ripped off. Our AC was not working and we wanted a professional opinion, ha the technician they sent was nothing more than a sales man who tried to tell us the entire system needed to be replaced and would cost between $6000 to $9000. Thank goodness we had a second opinion, it ended up being nothing more than a sump heater and switch.... a minor and inexpensive repair. If you value your hard earned money then don't throw it away on the opinion of a second rate technician. more

Upgraded to geothermal heating, Sanford Kramer did a great job! 11/3/2009

I'm declaring it now: geothermal heating is the way of the future! I just had Sanford Kramer install a new geothermal system in my home. They did a great job, and believe me, it's no small task. For those who can afford it, I highly recommend getting a geothermal system installed. I feel like my home is so much greener now that I do not use gas for my heating. I highly recommend Sanford Kramer for the job -- they were upfront with me about the cost, and they were very efficient during the project. more
