BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT buy used vehicles from them. With in 20 miles of leaving the dealership we have a dead battery, a check engine warning and a non functioning Navigation system/radio. Their reply is we should have bought the extended warranty (which they did NOT offer to sell us). I realize it is a used vehicle but they would have had to jump start the car for our test drive so they knew there were problems. more

I bought my first Volvo in April 2011. Jim Berus was the sales professional and he was fantastic. I love my volvo!!! In the past, I have hated buying vehicles, but this was a great experience. more

I love the no pressure experience 6/15/2011

I bought my first volvo from Sandberg Northwest Volvo. I drive out of my way to go to this volvo vs going to the one closer to home because of the sales experience. Jim Berus is a great salesman, he knows the product very well and was a big help.Was a great experience. more

This place is great if you drive a Volvo or Chevrolet. I see they work on alot of these cars when I go there. I've brought my Volvo there so far for a tune up and some brakes and everything went well. more

Five star. Best mechanic in town!!! They are professional and courteous. They treat women honestly and respectfully. They go the extra mile for the customer. They do the job right the first time. They fight Volvo for parts that are under warrenty, until they get them. more
