Even with three sets of MRI films and two surgical reports, Sand Lake Imaging misidentified a surgical sight at Lumbar 4/5, instead of surgical documentation at Lumbar 5/Sacral 1, where the S1 nerve root is impinged, causing atrophy and severe pain. Sand Lake claims there is no disk herniation or nerve root impingement. Now, I must pay thousands of dollars to have another MRI, as the insurance company will not pay for a second opinion, if nothing wrong was found with my condition. There is no ""Zero Star Rating"", the maximum Sand Lake Imaging deserves.
Pros: there are none
Cons: unable to diagnose proven disk herniations
