about three weeks ago I took my dog which was the love of my life and a daughter to me to the San Juan Vet clinic to get a second opinion on her leg problem, they came to the conclution that she needed to have her ACL repaired after xrays where taken. So we scheduled to have the surgery done, at the time she was on Remydal and had been on it for about 2 years do to arhritis in her hips and she was doing fine with no side effects, Dr. Tally,( who claims to be a DR.) said she had been on that medication for too long and she sugested that we put her on Duramax, which is a much better drug, I questioned her about this because she had been doing just fine on the Remydal, so in taking her proffessional advice in being a VET. we put her on it. a week later on the morning of the 14th her surgery day she had vomited. I was very concerned about her, when my wife took her in to the VET for her surgery she told them that she had vomited, the surgeon that was to perform the operation refused to do it at this time with her being sick, when blood work was done they found out she had very high white blood cell count and didn't no why, so they put her an antibiotic 4 pills a day untill they where all gone, which was about 7 days, they never called to see how she was doing. On the 17th she was still very sick and vomiting, could not hold down her food, I called them after hrs. and Dr. TALLY called me back and said I should take her to a 24 hr.
clinic, so I did, AND NOW SHE IS GONE, she was so bad that she had a hole in her stomach due to the Medication she was on. I HOLD DR. TALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF MY BABY GIRL she was the one who recomended that she be put on DURAMAX if not she would still be here with me today. My hurt is so bad, at this day which is the 29th of July I have yet to here back from anyone at this CLINIC. they have no idea she is gone and I don't think they care. SO
PLEASE USE CAUTION when dealing with DR. TALLY.
